Hand protection just for crossfit

I tried everything to keep my hands from ripping. I did "Angie" my second week of Crossfit with no protection and tore my hands horribly. I bought leather gymnastics straps, gloves, pads and tried hand tape. I tried sanding my calluses and shaving them down. Nothing I did worked. I was fed up so I borrowed my wife's sewing machine and made some equipment myself. It worked. People at my gym, Northstate Crossfit (Redding, Ca), asked to try them and they liked them to. People started asking me to make them grips like mine so I did.

I kept trying to improve the grips I was making and it turned into WOD Wraps, a grip designed solely for Crossfit.

I know this is a shameless plug but I honestly think my grips will help a lot of people. They eliminate the need for chalk, prevent blisters, rips and bruising.

Check out my website or tell me I'm full of it. Either way, it's another equipment option that might help people during their WODs.

I am pretty sure this will end up in pukie, but for what it is worth, these do not look like my cup of tea. I can not see them not slipping, and making things worse, and thecovering becoming crusty.

I may be right off track, and wish you all the best either way

The thought of having to grab a blood/sweat soaked rag someone left on a bar grosses me out.
