Push Press PR W00t!

So yesterday I decided to do some heavy overhead lifting since I never really did any lately. Strict pressed 155lbs for 2 reps, which was great for me because I weigh 153 and I only got 4 hours of sleep the night before. I decided I wanted to test my push press, since my PR over the summer was 165x3. Well, I blew that out of the water. I PP'd 205lbs, which turned out easier than I thought it would be, didn't go heavier because of the lack of sleep. My goal is to join the 300 club, as I call it, and put double BW overhead before I graduate in May.

I thought I would throw a big thank you to the community and to CFNYC. I have received much more knowledge about O-lifting in the past few months, and with the hands on experience from CFNYC I fixed the flaws in my form, such as MHF with heavier weights and improving my clean and snatch form.
