Two month crossfit CFT
Just doing purely WOD for the last 2 months, I managed to set PR for all three movements today:
BACKSQUATS: 255 - I had rarely done any lower body strength stuff before starting crossfit.
SHOULDER PRESS: 155 - Always been upper body strong; disproportionately so.
DEADLIFT: 280 - I had NEVER deadlifted before starting Crossfit
My last CFT was pitiful 9/1/2007.
I love Crossfit! I find myself actually looking forward to working out daily.
