After playing around with these for a few days, and seeing Matt G. so effortlessly get his, I knew I had to get this movement.

Well tonight, I did it on the first try! From full hang to full extension at the top, it was ugly, and the transition was agonizingly slow at first, but I got it. Then I got 6 more.

10 attempts total, resting 30-60 seconds in between. 7 successes. I'll try for more tomorrow.
