Can Therabands be used to assist with muscle ups?

I seem to recall (from other threads and postings in Comments) that they have been used in that manner. I have no experience with that application personally though.

Jumpstretch bands will work a little bit better because they are longer and in a continuous loop. But I guess you could tie a bunch of therabands together to achieve the same result.
The tricky thing about bands is that they give you a lot of assistance for the pullup, less for the transition and almost none for the dip.

Yes... I ordered some exercise bands from Iron Woody and used the thinnest ones to "scale up" to an unassisted muscle up. I remember seeing a link (on to an industrial supply site that sold basically the same "shipping bands" at incredible price. Can anyone help out with that link?
