Cindy
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Last time: 8 rds with all pull-ups jumping, but unsupported.

This time: 10 rds with pullups still unsupported and parallel (the horizontal bar is the same location as the ever-popular cable pull-can't get at it), strict until 5th rd, kipping thereafter. Great improvement in about a month!

Over-did it last week--lots of pain in knees, shoulders and elbows. Took a couple of days off, got massage. Going to re-start, and build gradually, especially squats and pullups--they seem to give the most trouble. Today did CFWU on the Total Gym--pullups still kicked my butt, dids OHS slowly, full depth. Knee pain OK so far.
Need to set up a pullup bar in the yard.

More sleep last night, more alive today. CFWU at home--using Total Gym for pullups and dips. Managed unbroken sets this time.

Early AM-CFWU and 5 minutes on a speed bag. I'll finish this week, then add the Beginner workout frm CF#3. Pullups still eat my lunch--even on the Total Gym.
