Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

10 different exercises.3 minutes for each one counting the reps.one minute rest inbtween.
at the end you count all the reps for a total.
anyone that gets a thousand and more is an animal in my book.one of the hardest workouts i have ever tried.

1- push ups
2- bodyweight squats
3-pulls ups
4-burpees
5-dips
6-horizional jumps
7-sit ups
8-back extenstions
9-alternating jumping lunges
10- v-ups

today i totaled 710 reps overall. my goal is 1000. i wont do this workout more often than once every 3 weeks or so. give it a try and let me know if you liked it and how much you scored.

How do you do a jumping lunge? Sorry if that's a stupid question.

horizional jumps= both feet next to eachother,jump as far as you can.

jumping lunge- do one lunge, from the bottom position jump and switch legs to end up in a lunge.repeat.

sounds hard, especially 3 mins of burpees. i'll have to try it on a rest day or a max effort day sometime
