Hey all CrossFitters. Just wanted to start a thread on homemade/selfmade WODs. I do this ALOT. If you have any good ones, please post them. Here's my A.M WOD from this morning
3 rounds for time of

50 double unders( or 100 skips of the rope)
25 hand release push ups
20 24in box jumps
10 HSPU( any form)
25 double unders( or 50 skips of the rope)
30 1 pood KB swings

(absolutely killer, especially if you take ZERO BREAKS):
