Chelsea

-5 pullups
-10 pushups
-15 squats
On the minute every minute for 30 min

Completed: 30 min (hands ripped open at 13 min)

I will not taint your log with comments after every workout, but wanted to say congrats on your time in Angie, and nice work on Chelsea. Where are you in terms of what you want to be for conditioning and strength? I'm pretty happy with my lifting #'s for the diet I'm on and the time I put in, but my lack of conditioning frusterates me and is my long term goal.

Thanks Buddy, your #'s are looking good, seems like you've made a lot of progress. I don't really have much of a goal. I have a ton of time on deployments to focus on diet and working out, so I'm just trying to make the most of it. It would be pretty cool to some day be competative at CF and short sprit Tris. I guess more realistically I would like to get a 100 on my AF PT test, the run at Clovis kills me given the altitude. (need to run a 9:15 1.5 mile)
