Self-Programming Material

Hey Guys,

I am a Crossfit Trainer and enthusiast. I program for my self mainly but I created a few of these sheets for my self and to help some of my clients. I hope this can help some of you who are tackling self-programming. By the end of the year I should have all those benchmarks completed for my self! Enjoy

I also have a few pages of Crossfit's most commlu used moves with images, explanations and progressions that I hand out to my clients. It is a larger file so let me know if your interested and I will email directly to you.
