WOW! I'm certainly glad you listed the Top 25 instead of the Top 24...Hehe...

I'd better get my butt in gear tomorrow morning...LOL!

Re: Michael top 25 ranked entries

As a 40 something, thanks, Cal. Does everyone do GHD sit-ups for Michael? My 16 year old son did Michael last night in 14:30, placing him squarely at the top of this ranking, but he did unanchored Ab-Mat sit-ups instead of GHD sit-ups. I suspect Ab-Mat sits are faster and I might try this version today to see what difference it makes. I think I'm near my limit time-wise unless my runs get faster.

Re: Michael top 25 ranked entries

I thought that Michael was officially supposed to be GHD situps and GHD back exts, both of which are much harder than Abmat situps or Abmat supermans or any other sub.

Re: Michael top 25 ranked entries

i've been getting a lot of email and suggestions about range of motion and other standards for "ranking". What do you think about having another field that users could use to post youTube videos of their workouts - allowing other visitors to see exactly what they were doing for their particular workouts?

Samuel, I consider GHD situps as rx'd, but the WOD doesn't actually specify. There is a Michael WOD video that shows GHD sits. I often see posts of people specifying back extensions on the GHD, but not the situps. To further confuse the issue, what about "back" extensions versus "hip" extensions that most people consider to be back extensions. I did actual back extensions for Michael once, and it probably took me close to 10 minutes longer.
