when i hit the push jerkl just right i can feel it all over my body. in the core area trying to stabalize the load. i have to keep the weight low in order to hit the move just right. i also need to learn to keep my feet closer together during the pop and aggresivly push the weight up.

still have to use the machine to help with my pullups.
