400kg deadlift, 240kg CJ, 260kgx3 FS, and a 150kg muscle snatch

The muscle snatch is really a demonstration of total brute pulling power.

Though some folks might enjoy the clip.

That was filmed in the Glasgow Palace of Arts which is home to the Centre for Sporting Excellence for the West of Scotland. I had the privilidge of going there when I was carrying out my Olympic lifting Instructors course last year under a Mr George Byng, along with Karl Steadman. Andrew from CrossFit London also went there for the same course

The place is like a playground for Crossfitters. One room has a full judo mat set up and a full size bixing ring, another is the Strength and Conditiong gym which (I think) has 10 power cages, plyo boxes, ropes etc and the weightlifting room has 6 platorms with a squat rack, bar and bumper plates.

Seemed to me that he had much more in him, if he wanted to have really pushed it.

He does have more in him. His best snatch is 210kg, best clean & jerk 250.

I didn't think that was different from a power snatch at all, maybe that's just a different name for a power snatch?
