I'm still training on the assisted pull ups on a cybex machine. The ones that use the weight to help push. Is it best to try breaking up the 240 dips and pull-ups into sets and decrease the assistance per set? and, what's more beneficial, doing the dips or the pull-ups first? sorry if this has been answered before. thanx a bunch i don't have access to rings, so i have to sub.

The way I have done this in the past before I had my rings is that I would do an equal amount of pullups and dips. For example I would do 8 pullups then 8 dips...etc and try to keep it as "even" as possible for the duration of the set.
