Actually, I have. I may have missed something. I'd like to have ammo, as much as possible before I fire away an e-mail to someone. I want positive official DoD links or positive non-partisan objective articles/studies on Crossfit.

I recognize a name on one of the e-mails condemning Crossfit posted on this thread. She works here now. I'm not sure what her personal views are on it though.

Mark, if you can contact Gen. Neubauer at Luke AFB in Glendale, Arizona, you should. He's an avid crossfitter and has outfitted more than 1 crossfit gym on base, and advocates it for all his pilots.

why don't we start this WORKING group through the GLOBAL.. I am TDY, but someone should look everyone up so we can share all this information at work
