I am trying to upload this pic to my profile. I've attempted to do it twice, with failure. Any ideas....Lynne?http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/3499/44200.jpg

Skip you need to touch your nose with your tongue pat your head with your foot while singing the Star Spangled Banner, THEN you can update your profile and get your avatar updated...

This is a known problem and AFAIK there's no solution at this time.

Crikey, Skip; that's a good-looking shepherd. How big is that beast?! We had GSD's growing up. I'm awful partial to them.

You're a blessed man, btw. A beautiful woman, a good dog, and doing what you love. Doesn't get much better than that.

You are correct, John. I am truly blessed. That is 17 month old 'Murph'. He's about 95 pounds and should mature at about 120. I've had GS's most of my life and this guy is the most intelligent. Very social and is the Mt Baker CrossFit mascot. He goes to work with me every day.

Thanks for the reply, Roger. I've got everything coordinated except the singing of the Star Spangled Banner...my tongue gets in the way of my eye teeth and I can't see what I'm singing!!!:bangin:

I agree with John. :D Beautiful pic. I too love GSD's and have one that's a big love and gets along with all our animals including the cats and chicks.

95lbs? Murph is a brute!

Thanks, Veronica. He is a brute. He has mostly Eastern European heritage. Czech Republic. Father is 120, Dam is 95. We also have a cat and he is great with her.

The picture was taken at Cape Lookout on the Oregon coast last week. He spent the majority of the time in the water chasing his favorite ball.

John Seiler has managed to change his image at least twice recently. His current image shows us after the second workout at CrossFit KC...the next day I was moving very slowly. We need to do that again. I need to start crossfitting again. Today's chipper looks like a good chance to jump back in.
