Foot Pain on top of left foot

I bought a new pair of Five Fingers last week and probably didn't start off slow enough using them. The top of my left foot hurts when I walk on it (it is the flexion of the foot when you take a step). I rested yesterday and iced it and it is not getting any better. I went to my chiro and he tried to align it but it didn't help. Any suggestions?

Re: Foot Pain on top of left foot

How long as the pain been there?

Where is the pain located? Google marked pic?

Could be anything really... subluxation of one of the tarsals, some type of tendonitis in the foot.. etc.

One day of rest may not do anything -- if it doesn't get better with non-painful mobility work and rest in a week then I would be a bit more concerned.
