Turf Toe in left foot, plantar fasciitis in the right. What now?

I've been having foot ailments plague me since March. First plantar fasciitis in the right, which is now under partially in remission; that's the good foot. Recently I've hurt the ball of my foot/big toe on my left foot. I've heard this called "Turf Toe". Any ideas on how I can train to manage this foot pain? I work as a personal trainer, so I'm on my feet a lot. Most times it is so bad I'm limping around the whole day at work. I've been icing 1-2x per day with an iced water bottle and a frozen cup for cryotherapy.
