Can anyone tell me where I can get some plans for building my own home gym? How large should it be? What type of equipment I need?

September '02 edition of the Crossfit journal has everything you need(and then some) to outfit a homegym.

Ironmind has a pretty good book called "The Tight Wads Guide to a Home Gym". Pretty sure that is the name. I would second that Crossfit Journal though. Also spend some time searching the archives of the message board, particularly in "equipment."
