really good sets today, I ran out of time or I'd have hit a third set. Thwe 310 I really got good depth and even got a bit of a bounce out of the bottom. I'm still working on a paln for the squats and went with the same as usual.

AMRAP in 14 miuntes:
20 Walking Lunges
10 Ring Pressups
10 Pullups
8 rounds13 lunges. Fun breathy workout. Steady through out. All unbroken. Could have been a bit faster on the lunges, but I was pacing it out to keep going.

I will FS at 3:00.

Correction I did 9 rounds 13 lunges. I had left my hash mars up and recounted then to 9 rounds. I was brain fried when I counted the after thwe workout.

10 Kettlebell Swings (32kg)
30 Double unders
7 Overhead Squats (50kg)


3 rounds 10 swings, 13DUs

Man those DUs were bad. Really tough on them. OHSs unbroken last set of swings broke but breaks handled.
