Re: BodyBuilding Supplements

Arginine ingested orally will do nothing for NO production and thus nothing for pumps. A bunch of sugar will do more for a pump than arginine.

NO products are basically only effective due to their stimulants (if getting energy is to be considered effective), creatine, and Beta-Alanine content and they are under-dosed on the last two.

Re: BodyBuilding Supplements

I think it was a year or two ago that one affiliate got docked for a few athletes in how they placed as an affiliate.

And a lot of those NO products or pre/peri workout products will have all sorts of stimulants. Look at what is in Jacked or however they misspell it.

Workout capacity and stamina is a bit different when you are still in a gym doing a strength workout or circuit and hitting one exercise at a time vs a round of CF. Way different volume.

If the scientific research actually pointed to NO products being valuable I can guarantee you would find them at AtLargeNutrition. Once again, I don't care if you use them or not, not my money being wasted.
I spend my time training and trying rather than reading and talking. If I find I perform better using supplement X your going to tell me some article says it doesn't work? Another thing, how do you know what dose I take???

Thanks for allowing me to spend my money but I don't remember asking. Go back to reading.

Re: BodyBuilding Supplements

Actually, I have an assistant who reads to me while I work out and then on my 10 seconds of rest between tabata rounds she dictates my response.

I prefer to read myself and let my assistant do other things for me
