First post ever!

Hey everyone, I'm a long time fan of Crossfit but only just started doing the WOD recently.

I wish I had started sooner, but I always found some excuse not to, usually having to do with lack of equipment or just being lazy.

Anyway, I also started another new hobby, which is making videos for YouTube. It was only a matter of time before I combined my two hobbies and voila, now put Crossfit WOD vids up.

I'm not the fastest by any means, and I probably do some of the exercises wrong, but I like making vids and I like doing the WOD, so its enough for me.

Anyway, if you guys have any comments about the vids or can give me any tips on the exercises, please feel free.

Thanks again and here's a few links to my favorite workouts so far:

Arnie - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=47zcRhyPQH4

Let me know what you guys think!

Re: First post ever!

Hey Stuart. Welcome to the message boards and the CF community.

Pretty good production values on the videos. You used multiple cameras I take it? I hope you wearn't stopping and starting the workout to get different camera angles

As for the workouts and movements, a few comments:
1) The workout in the first video is probably too modified to still be called a "Fran", though it still looked like a good workout.
2) Remember to stand all the way up on the turkish getups, you were reversing when you only got to a lunge sort of position.
3) Your overhead squats in the 2nd video were too shallow; only about half squats. Make sure you get full depth.

Hope that helps! Keep up the hard work!
