Tried a dumbell complex today that really taxed me.I thought some of you might want to give it a try.Start with your weak arm first, do a snatch, followed by a push press, followed by a one-arm swing, followed by another push press.That's one rep.Start back at the beginning and repeat for the desired number of reps before switching arms.
