cheesecake/fat free cream cheese
I'd like to make the following cheesecake recipe :
12oz Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese 10oz Plain Greek Yogurt 2 Whole Eggs 1-2 Tbsp Stevia ¼ Cup Milk 1.5 Scoops Whey Protein 1tsp Vanilla Extract Dash Salt However, I can't find fat free cream cheese in the UK. All I can find is Philadelphia Lightest which has 2.5g of fat per 100g and seems to be termed a soft cheese. Could I sub this in? I can get low fat quark? Can this be subbed in for cream cheese? Thanks |
