Weightloss
6'3" 36 yo - 251
I could use a little advice. I have been doing Crossfit for about 6 months now and feel great. I feel a little leaner (my pants fit better) and my body functions perfectly for the first time in years. Nothing else about my workout or diet regimen has changed, only the fact that I am doing crossfit instead of traditional weight lifting. However, my weight has gone from 239 - 251. I am pretty sure the weight gain is muscle, but I would like to get leaner and faster. I play rugby and I need more speed to play 8 man, not more girth. Any advice on losing some weight would be beneficial. |

Fitday is a pretty cool program(free online0 that will help you track your food intake. Search and read the nutrition section, everything you need to know is there. |
