My progress thus far
Hello everyone: It's been a long time since I posted. But I've made some progress so I thought I'd share here:
I started Crossfit the week of Halloween this year. So it's been 2 months, of about 3 workouts per week. No major changes to diet (I haven't gone Paleo or anything). Bust: Lost 1 inch Hips: Lost 2 inches That was in one month ![]() My dead lift is up to 125lbs. Weight hasn't changed much; I actually gained a couple pounds when I started, I figured it was muscle. I started off at 292 and today I weighed 287 at 5 foot 11 inches tall. So, that's my brag ![]() I'll give myself a pepper: ![]() Cheers, Mary E. |

Way to go!! Keep tracking those small increments and before you know it they will add up to a HUGE improvement.
