Our own workout

Created by a pair of Navy and Wake Forest rugby players.

Every minute on the minute, for 10 minutes-

95 lbs, Hang clean & press, 5 reps

Then-
3 rounds of-

3 pullups, 5 incline pushups, 10 pistol squats (5 each leg), 250m row.

2-3:00 rest in between rounds.

For time.

What's the incentive to go fast for the first 10 minutes? I don't really get the point of 'for time' workouts with rests scheduled, sorry.
