Snatch pulls felt good so I tried to snatch it and got it. That's a PB from 87.5kg a couple of weeks ago.

Form felt pretty bad, wide stance and muscling it up, so dropped to 40kg for last set.

Estimated 1rm of 95kg. All sets felt pretty heavy.

Thrusters and ring dips were crap and in set of five thrusters/1-2 ring dips. Totally exhausted after this workout. I suspect its my diet.
