25 min amrap:
4 x 60kg overhead squat
6 x 60kg thruster
12 burpees
200m run

6 rounds 3 ohs

All ohs unbroken. 3-4 sets thrusters unbroken, rest were in two sets. burpees and runs were slow. Felt good, but 25 mins is a long time.

Terrible. Should have got six rounds. Bad diet.

140kg felt easy. 145kg was a slow heavy lift. Couldn't have gone heavier.

Felt a lot better than Saturday. Didn't get so gassed because I have been eating better.

20kg PB. v happy. 215kg felt pretty heavy but doable, I think I'll be able to get more next time. 210kg felt fine.
