Maximal full squat snatch: You can't relax, you can't lose focus--you can't even psych up, because that would disturb technique--and if you have even the slightest doubt that you will make the weight for an instant--

you fail.

It's beautiful.

Favorites:
OH squat, jump shrugs, vertical jump with straight arm overhead men's high bar raise, med ball overhead throws and sprint, burpees of all kinds, pbar swings, ring swings, circles, ice cream makers ( flex arm hang to front lever and back ), duckwalks, sumo side lunge hops, fun kind of pushups

Hardest: Ring set:Muscle-up/kip to support, press handstand-hold for 10. Lower to L ( I suck at this hard ). 3 spotted crosses for 3-5 sec, roll back to back lever then front lever then back lever then front lever for 3 sec each. This pretty much kills. Doing 800s or leg work before upper body work sucks a lot too. Oh, yeah- Ring support leg lifts are pretty difficult too.

Planche walks with a spot or spotted planches to handstand figure somewhere between favorites and hard to do.

Sets I almost revile...sprinting in tabata circuit intervals. Or heavy legs that mix in with a heavy metcon/power set.

Example: HSPU, thrusters, and leg lifts.

Hardest: Push ups, neck-and-neck with running.

Easiest??? haha. Maybe squats. If anything is easy you are not using enough intensity.
Edit: reread and noticed the first "easiest" was beer bottle to mouth. I stand by my statement.

Favorite: Clean & Jerk, I love it when I get that smooth, fluid lift. Just makes me feel powerful.
Hardest: Either OHS or HSPU (both make me feel feeble)

HSPUs are the worst.
Deadlifts are the best.

Favorite: Muscle-ups, by far. I never really cared for bodybuilding much, but Muscle-ups on rings give you that "pump" that lasts for quite a while and just makes you feel GOOD.

Hardest: A maximum Full Snatch. This literally works every muscle in your body as hard as it can. That's why I love it so much. But it's still freakin' hard.

Kipping pullups are my favorite...it's like flying.

Wall Ball hurts my feelings.
