Favorite: pull-ups. I do an awful lot of pull-ups these days. Squats are probably #2. There's a joke in there somewhere.

Hardest (of the things I can do that consistently kicks my butt): Burpees

My 5 year old son ripped off 3 sets of 10 burpees yesterday like it was nothing. He skipped the push-up...that's why it was so easy.

Haha, Don, I guess I follow your lead...I'm not necessarily too good at Snatches or cleans, but I love the explosive feel to them and what they can do for my fitness if I DO become good at them! If I was picking my favorite because I was good at it then I'd have to pick box jumps :p

Hardest: snatches for reps (ala Dating Sage)
Easiest: beer-bottle-to-mouth for reps

Fave: anything with the rings and KB's (it's all hard but I love it anyway!)
hardest: Pullups (i can only do 5...but I've been doing GTG)
Other hardest for me: OHS. I'm really having a hard time with them!

I would have to agree with chris overhead squats are so hard..

we all have our bad days or days that have exercieses that we hate doing, but we get thru them that is what crossfit teaches us... When my buddy and I work out at the gym they look at us like we crazy its great....
