An easy one for me - Barbara is my first love! As an *ahem* "heavyweight" I love those bodyweight workouts!

Least favourite - Linda, easily...

I've really got a thing for Diane, Fran, Mary, Nancy and Helen; I like to play the field a bit.

As a (weak) lightweight, least favourites have to be Lynne (sorry Lynne), Linda, Grace and Isabel (I can't even snatch 135# once, leave along 30reps).

I like Fran best. Simple yet demanding.

Cindy is becoming a favorite now that I can do pull ups. I think Chelsea is still too much woman for me. At least with Cindy I don't have to worry about someone calling minutes to remind me how far behind I am.

Diane is just a faraway dream...225 dl and hspu...if only....

Fran.... and she's wearing a spiked collar, riding crop and spurs, with a gallon of gatorade, and a bucket.

Laura, at 210 lbs, 225 deadlift is not heavy to me, but not light either, it's the cumulative effect of 21 and 15 reps in rapid succession that gets my heart going for Diane (the 9 rep set is so easy after all that mess, it feels like a reward), isn't there some scalability assumed for your given bodyweight?

As for the HSPU? Well, we all have to carry our own water.

I haven't had all the girls yet, but so far I like Helen I think, short, sweet and my first. Angie is great for simplicity with a wallop.

Just keep Barbara away from me and we'll get along fine! She makes me want to throw up.

Hi, James. Yeah, I scale Diane...last couple of times I did her with 115# DL and 25# db standing Shoulder presses. Time is in the 12-14 minute ranges. I just mean doing her as prescribed seems like a far piece off. :-)

I pretty much scale everything down. Finally able to do Fran with 65# and real (single) pull ups. That's a good 13 minutes for me but I'm getting better every time.
