Hi out there. I did my first WOD yesterday. A as taken from http://coachrut.blogspot.com/. I did 9 sets of 15 rep Deadlift 9 sets of 15 rep pushups. The goal was 10 but Pukie was trying to visit me. I can see why everyone comes back for more.

On a side note anyone in Tucson, Az let me know if you want to train.

Thanks

Matt

Matt, I live in Sierra Vista, and occasionally visit Tucson. I'll let you know when I am up there and we can train. Also, Garrett Smith is in the process of starting a Crossfit Tucson (next couple of years.) So he would be a good person to contact as well. Welcome aboard!!

Good to see you here Matt! Congrats on getting started.

Definitely contact Garrett--he's got a group working on getting things going right now. He has a thread in the "Running a CrossFit Facility" section about it if you need his info again. (Or email me)

Ken
