HI,
Here is a movie of the first muscle up done at our new gym. It isn't Jonathan's first MU - he just put up the bar that allows our rings to be high enough for him to actually do one here! I think this will be one of those files where you have to download it to your computer and then view it from there and not just click on the link. I am not sure but you might have to change the end back to .mov |

Crossfit Boulder Creek setup WOD:
Warm up - Balance work: Hang an 8 ft bar 12 feet up, between oak tree and 4x4 post. 3 sets of: Pitch hay Stack firewood 2 muscle ups Should have been done for time, but instead was interspersed with archery and bullwhip fun. Oh yeah, and making a Trebuchet with/for Sam. JK "Cum catapultae proscriptae erunt tum soli proscripti catapultas habebunt." |
