Hey all,
I'm behind in Crossfit tommorow I'm doing the January 04, 2005 WOD:3 rounds for time of:Row 500 meters ,50 Dips. My question is should I do 50 rings dips per round or less because they're ring dips ( and a lot harder then the regualr dips on bar rxd in the WOD)?

Joseph, I just did 50 ring dips instead. I figured making the WOD harder wasn't going to do me any harm... they sure do slow me down though.
