6 months down, a lifetime to go.

I'm new to the board. Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Casey, I've been crossfitting for about 6 months in. Absolutely love it. I've worked out since high school and college baseball, but love the variety Crossfit brings not just to a workout but to life. I recently went to Dallas for my level 1, I failed. I was disappointed but I wasn't prepared. Much tougher than I expected. There is much more but ill keep it short. If you read this I appreciate the time to read. Thanks and have a good day.
