I just started crossfit today. I'm heading to Marine OCS out in Quantico this summer and have spent the last 6 months preparing my body for it. My main goals are to increase my upper body strength and overall endurance and agility. This seems like the program for me.

I have one question though. How does one perform most of the WOD's without a fully stocked gym. The one at my school is lacking.

Thanks

Andrew, welcome to CrossFit.
It doesn't cost a lot to get set up for CrossFit.
A creative mind and Home Depot can be a big help.
If you have a Play-It-Again Sports store in you area you can get some good used equipment.
They take trade-ins, too.
In fact, I traded in a used heavy rubber mat on a used Olympic bar last week and ended up only paying $7.95 for it!
