Training is looking great Ted!

Those are some impressive times on the swim laps!

I need to try to get some more time spent swimming. Its great for conditioning and really good fun as well!

thanks milton!

the swimming has been a good way for me to keep my whole body conditioned while i try to get back to 100%. the back still gets iffy once in awhile so i am laying off the lifting for a bit longer. no more kb swings, just focusing on bodyweight movements & sport specific work
