A good friend of mine, involved in lumberjack sports, visited Joe Celso this past weekend. He's weight trained in the past, but he's always been more of bench presser than anything. I've steered him away from "Benchncurls", but he still has that mentality. I was excited to hear that Joe was in his area and he met up with him this past weekend. All I know at this stage is that He has difficulty descending to the throne and he's in pain. gotta love it.

Joe is a great guy right up to the point of making sure I was smoked before I left. I was hesitant to some of the motions until I could be taught the right way. Better to learn the right way off the bat then to have to relearn and break a bad habbit. For instance my hips were rotating under in my squats.
I look forward to see how CF changes up how I compete this year.
