Since putting a long barbell in my car for the drive to the track is sort of problem id rather use dumbells.

Anyone know what the converstion is between 95lb barbell thrusters and dumbell weight ?

is there a standard ratio for converting since dumbells are harder ?

It will vary depending upon the movement. I generally say that you can reduce your combined dumbbell load by 5-10%.
