Exercises Movements, technique & proper execution

Can anyone tell me more about using these?

Are they generally just used for getting used to olympic lifting technique, progressions and warm ups?

Any further advice apreciated.

I use my pvc pipe all the time for wu's. Sometimes I will use the olympic bar for ohs or my pvc pipe w/20# on for ohs also. Valuble and cheap get 1..

All of the above. They are great for warmups and absolutely essential for getting the movements down. Until you can execute the movements correctly with a wooden dowel, PVC pipe, broomstick, etc., working with heavier loads will likely stymie your progress, and may even lead to injury.
