I'm looking to get back into crossfit after about 4 months off do to the birth of my new daughter. I'm now finally sleeping through the night and ready to get back into it. I workout at work at the firehouse and have changed houses and I don't have all the equipment to use like I did. I need some advice on a pullup bar? I have no where to mount my own home made one or atleast they won't allow me to. I was thinking about buying a set of rings and hanging those from a I-Beam out in our stalls. Has anyone used rings for a pullup platform? Does anyone have any experience with those doorway pullup bars? They look cheap, but I'm desperate for some pullups. Let me know your ideas and thanks for the help!

I'd go with the rings over the I beam idea. Lots of things you can do with them including pullups, pushups, dips, reverse pullups, muscle ups and more.
