I was wondering what the differences were between the various crossfit certifications.
I am already certified by ACE and NASM, and have worked for a large private gym for a year. I have always been more on the crossfit end of the spectrum than what normally passes for a trainer in gyms, and would eventually like to become more involved in the CF community in NY. I would love to hear some input about what a level 1-3 trainer entails, and what is the diff between those three separate courses and the three day certifications, like the one coming up in April. I am aware that different things happen at each three day seminar, and one cannot really speak to specifics. But I am curious as to how things shake out, compared to the level designated ones, and what the overall difference might be. thanks to all. |
