Oh man...
Back2life back helper machine thingy...
(wfs) http://www.back2life.tv/ You have got to be kidding me, I just saw this and literally yelled at the TV, "Learn to squat and deadlift!!!" BTW - $200. You could buy 1/1 time with a CF trainer, or buy a ton of journals, or get some real gym equipment. What a scam. |

Re: Oh man...
$200? Come on George, you get a $99-value firmapedic pillow along with it. You almost can't afford NOT to buy it.
Just...amazing. |

Re: Oh man...
I can't believe I'm admiting this, but I would loved to have had this after more than a few rugby seasons. I was squatting, but always with a belt, and that ended up being a big part of the cause.

Re: Oh man...
The Back to Life machine may not be good fitness training, but let me tell you my story. I am totally disabled and have, among other crippling problems, a very bad injured low back which causes a great deal of pain. I have been living with this pain for 45 years! I bought the Back to Life machine and have been using it every day to stretch out my low back. It has helped my muscle spasms diminish and has helped with flexibility. I use it before bed and now can tolerate lying down with much, much less pain. There is it value--for those who cannot walk or exercise or fitness train--and just need to stretch with help.
Everything has its own value and this machine has its value to me. LML |

Re: Oh man...
Interesting, you joined this month and have a single post. And that post looks like a faked testimonial for a useless product. Sweet.

Re: Oh man...
Maybe they should try a reverse hyperextension.

Re: Oh man...
Yes, I did just join--because--
I saw all the comments about this machine that were negative and thought-just maybe you were open minded enough to see a benefit of it by my situation. However, I do apologize--I was wrong about open mindedness and the thought that I would be welcome. Silly me-- ![]() LML |

Marie,
Please don't judge the open mindedness of this board, by someone who only has 11 posts himself and uses that as a basis for judging the validity of someone else's post. |

Re: Oh man...
Thank you for your kind come back.
I have owned a fitness gym for many, many years and have 11 strapping adult fitness buff sons. Seeing what others are doing and sharing is an important resource for us. Looking forward to catching other topics. Again, thanks ![]() |
