Right Foot Pain 4-5 months after Surgery on it.
Well a little about myself.
I had surgery about 4-5 months ago on my right foot. It had grown wrong and needed to be corrected. Lost alot of strength in my leg and foot. Therapy is over for me the doctor said Weightlift and my strength shall come back. So that is what I've been doing but their is still pain in my foot and heel. Could it be nerves messed up in my heel? As for the foot I don't have full flexion of it anymore. Is their a way to get my plantar flexion back? I can go on my toes on the right foot but with a little pain I just need exercises to strengthen my calf and foot. As you might have noticed I'm not old at all but pretty young but I have the appearance of a grown man. |

Can you be a little more specific about your injury and surgery. Was there a fusion? Hardware? I'm sorry maybe I missed something, but how old are you? It would not be uncommon for you to still have pain for 6 mos to 1 year after surgery.
