Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Cool Beginner

I thought I knew lifting, I had been lifting for almost 15 years. Continuously trying to change up my workouts to shock my body and just was really getting tired of the same old workouts, I needed something different.

I spoke with a buddy of mine that introduced me to Crossfit, I must say it has changed my life, I have arthritus and back issues, since starting crossfit about 3 months ago, I have noticed outstanding results in my body also I have not had much issues with my arthritus, my back bothers me alittle but I have been able to fix the workouts to where I am not putting much strain on my back. Of course being the hard headed man I am, I still try to lift as hard and as tough as I can, that is just my nature.

Thank you Crossfit, it makes a difference and I tell everyone that I can.

i too have noticed that i no longer suffer from stiff joints..

but all other aches and pains are a moveable feast depending upon the WOD of a day ago LOL

somehow that pain is different
