Yeah, just my luck I bust my butt on a good hard row and the endurance phase comes up. Oh well! You know I'm rowing this afternoon. I'm shooting for under 45 min.

Just an update: Yesterday rowed the 10K in 43:20 with some minor breaks to wipe down, get a drink, and take 3-4 gulps of air. Grip was relaxed and no arm strain throughout. Did have a sore lower back at 5k, but fought it the whole way. Feel good today, no pain, and I have the satifaction of knowing I can row a 10K in decent time with room to improve.
This says volumes for my general fitness compared to 2 months ago, but more on that in another post on another string!

WOW! 10K...I can't imagine that far. My farthest so far is a mear 2k....

"Fight Gone Bad" Good idea, but one of the problems with my home set up is room. Basically when the rower is set up, there is not any room to do anything else. I may experiment with a quick takedown of it however...
