We've (the spouse, Matt Munson, also here) been CFing it for 4-5 weeks now (time's running together at this point) and enjoying the challenge of it all. My background is 20+ years of off and on running, not hard core distance for me, just 2-5 miles at a pop. Been lifting weights since '89. Always questioning and pushing the standard logic on the weights, wondering most often "what's the point of this?" and "where's the functional purpose of what we're putting ourselves through?" Driving the spouse nuts since he's been there handy to question in person. haha! CF more than fits the bill and has me actually looking forward to workouts again. That's a cool feeling.
