5/4:
Breakfast - Protein Shake
WOD - 20 Pull ups, 30 Push Ups, 40 Set ups, 50 Squats
30:08 - Threw up again, allergies are making it tough to workout without coughing all the time

Snack - Eggs, Sausage, Cheese
Lunch - Chicken, French Fries
Supper - Salad, Pizza Toppings

Snack - Trail Mix
Lunch - Sausage, Eggs, Biscuit w/ Gravy
Snack - Taco Meat, Cheese
Supper - Double Down from KFC

Didn't have time to get into the gym today, had class tonight.

Breakfast - Grilled Chicken
Snack - Trail Mix
Lunch - Brisket, Green Beans
Snack - Trail Mix
Snack - Homemade Double Down
Supper - Taco Salad

WOD - 10 Squat Cleans, 20 Sit Up - as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes
completed 4 1/2 rounds. Thought it would be an easy wod, harder than i thought.

Snack - Hamburger, Cheese
Supper - Hamburger, Hot Dog, Sausage, 1 Brownie

WOD - CFT
Squat - 370, Deadlift - 365, Military - 175 For a total of....910

Snack - Taco Meat
Supper - Shrimp/Peppers

WOD - 10 HSPU, 10 Clean Squat (45 lb. DB), 10 Pull up
18:17 - Subbed Lat pulls for last 4 sets of Pull ups

I'm in need of this rest day, my whole body is sore and feeling tired.

5 rounds of
10 pull ups, 10 dips, 10 cleans (135 lbs.), 100 box jumps
