Breakfast - 1 lb Chicken Breast
Snack - raisins and nuts
Lunch - 1 lb hamburger, cheese, tomatoe sauc
Snack - 5 slices turkey bacon
Supper - General Tsao's chicken

WOD - took the day off due to my back being so tight

Lunch - 1/4 lb Chicken
Snack - pineapple
Supper - Chicken, Green Beans, Salad, 1 slice bread, half peice of chocolate cake

WOD - Fran, my first attempt at her. finished in 8;08

Forgot to post that when I did Fran my pull up form was pretty bad after about the first 8 - 10 on each set. No way they would have officially counted.

Just wanted to say that I just turned down a peice of free chocolate cake with white icing. It wasn't easy, but I did it.

Snack - Trail mix
Supper - Steak, Green Beans

WOD - 5k. My first 5k ever, finished in 30:30. not great, but thought it was decent for my first ever.

Supper - Fried Fish, Fried Potatoes

WOD - 21, 15, 9 Snatch Squat (95 lbs.), Pull up
Ok, If you ever think about working out after a cheat meal full of grease and carbs, don't do it. I was hurting and threw up after the set of 21.

WOD took me 9:14 to complete, but my snatch squats sucked and I did lat pulls instead of pull ups on the set of 21.
